Shipment processing times
All orders are processed within 5-30 business days of receiving the order, provided that we receive due payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- SWEDEN: 1-3 days, FREE shipping
- EUROPE: DHL Express, 2-7 days, FREE shipping
- INTERNATIONAL: DHL Express, 2-7 days
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
An order confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect your package. Shipping costs will be added to your order and displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Emma Gudmundson is not responsible for any customs fees/duties/VAT/taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Emma Gudmundson is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
